I did send a PM (last week) but, have not rec'd a response. Does any member know how to change the setting on your computer so that the "play back" of scenes goes to "Auto". Some how, mine is set for 720 on Playback and I get no audio. When they put in the enhancements to make the site "mobile friendly" the setting was added on the lower right section of the scene screen:Auto, 240p, 540p, 720p, and 1080p. I can only get audio of a scene if I download it and play it back. Anyone have any ideas? Not a big deal. I would just like the convenience of watching scenes with audio without having to download them first. I don't need to download everything unless I'm going to achieve it on an external drive. :confused1:

while pm's have their advantage, I find the creating a ticket with support works very well.

I am not sure what your problem is. However, whenever I have had a problem with the audio, I just click on the volume button and it comes up.

I think what Betu is asking about is Louis is how to pull up videos on his cellphone. He's not talking about issues with a PC computer which is what you and I use. And as far as giving advice or tech support for cell phones, I'd be way out of my depth on that one. haha

Actually Tampa, Louis is on the right page! I don't have any problems with access and audio on my cell phone, tablet just my PC. It changed when they made the enhancements for "Mobile Devices".

I may have answered my own question and I did get the results I was trying to achieve. I switched to Chrome as my browser for just a moment. The playback audio and video quality was fine. I don't use Chrome as my default, (on my PC) I use Explorer. On my other devices I do use Chrome. I will just have to switch back and forth for this site when using my PC. Thanks for the suggestions though, they were helpful in getting me to trouble shoot by trying a few different things!

Hello,

So here is a screen shot showing how you can change the speed, the default is always "auto" which will update for you based on your internet connection speed (similar to Netflix), unless you change the settings to a preferred setting such as 720 or 1080p.

After you click play on the video itself, you can mouseover on the player and the bottom right corner you have the option to select from "auto" to another resolution. This is only available on desktop computers, we encode our videos for mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads separately to meet Apple and Google Android best video formats.

Hope this helps!
