Have you noticed that over the last 12 months most of the negative comments about the Broke Straight Boys site have been made by forumites that have come out of the blue.
They suddenly appear out of nowhere, post their negative comments, contribute nothing positive, then dissappear - never to be seen again.

I think some "sinister frat-style initiation rite " should be in order as the price of admission before getting access to forum, don't you? Any ideas??? Then and only then will they approach the forum with sufficient humility and decorum to be worthy of reading.

Haven't you noticed over the past twelve or so months the forum has become self-righteous, egotistical, and a little narrow minded? Sort of full of themselves and ooooh so pleased with themselves.

Then suddenly out of nowhere comes a breathe of fresh air and stabs us in our egos; bringing us a good dose of reality? Why its doggone unamerican to have someone do that. Personally, I like it! It gives me perspective.

I could go on, but....I get it!

Most negative remarks on most boards are drive-by shots. Rarely will someone stay around to defend their stance.

It is amazing how lazy some people are when they start a new thread to ask a question or make a comment on an issue when all they had to do was open their eyes & look for & read threads that already exist that cover that particular subject.
