Last week it was a Paul and Denver scene listed in upcoming scenes and then it disappeared? When questioned what happened, we were told that the new syatem had bugs to be worked out.

Now this week, it was a Cage Kafig/Adam scene listed as upcoming and it has now disappeared. I'm sure bugs will again be blamed.

Problem is that excuse makes no sense. Why? Because at some point in the process a human has to load the scenes in the system. So it stands to reason that a human loads the scenes and then perhaps another human doesn't like the sequence and it changes.

Moreover, it is equally hard to believe that a system plagued by so many bugs as we are told, is yet sophisticated enough to kick out scenes listed as upcoming, and then add to and rearrange that lineup. Come on guys, we may be porners, but we are not stupid.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed by the nonstop "bugs" concerning the updates.

I usually don't weigh in on things like this but this time I feel I should. This is not a bug issue with our system. Our tech team has done a phenomenal job with the recent changes. Unfortunately this error has happened in our production department. We will be meeting today to discuss why this has been a recent issue to ensure that we don't continue this trend. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

I'm thinking they should receive a goog flogging for that :smiley-sex020: But other than that the site is coming along great. And hey Sha - saw you on HLN last week talking about the BB issue you were lookin good :thumbup1:

I agree the transition should have been a little smoother but I appreciation the effort. I would like to know why you are not able to stream in full hd anymore. It says it is bit it isn't and it's really obvious. The downloading is full hd though.

As a make-good, Sha, can we get an update on whether:
Paul and Denver and/or Cage Kafig/Adam will happen and about when?
Many thanks!
A big fan

I can assure you that those scenes will happen but at a later time. We are holding some of the scenes that we have shot at the moment.

A flogging may be in order. :)
Thank you for the nice compliment. It was a last minute thing but I was glad to weigh in on the issue.

I have flagged this for our programmers to check out. I do see the selecting feature is available on the drop-down below the video but some videos are not changing to HD from High.

Thanks for your post, sha. But you can imagine our confusion. Last week when this same exact thing happened with the Paul/Denver scene, Mark told us that it was due to bugs in the new system. Now you are saying it isn't bugs. You guys might be in the same church, but you are in different pews. If by production dept you mean the humans who load the scenes in the system, that makes more sense to me, as indicated in my earlier comments here.

Again, sha, thanks for posting, but you really didn't answer chas' question. I think you can presume we are smart enough to figure out that scenes listed as upcoming, even if removed from that listing, have been shot and will be shown sometime. The central question is why have these particular scenes originally promised been removed from the announced rotation and being replaced by other scenes. Or to paraphrase your terminology-Why have these particular scenes been chosen to be held and not the ones which have replaced them? You seem willing to post and answer some questions, how about answering some which are direct and to the point!

To negate any delusion that management really responds to members, note that members of management will self-initiate posts when they are trying to put forth the party-line excuse for screw-ups or respond to self-serving questions.. But do not respond when asked pointed questions about inconsistencies in their promulgations.

Stowe.... I am sorry if I don't answer your questions as you think I should. I am being very forthcoming and I am certainly not making any excuses. Both of the updates were taken down simply because we didn't feel that this was the time for them to go up. A team member put them in the que and they shouldn't have so when the error was caught, we took it down. We have always only had the next three scenes posted and neither of these are the next three scenes. I can't say when those updates will surface so I simply responded that I can only say that they will eventually be posted. This is all the information I am able to give so that is what I did. I am certainly aware that this may not be the information that you want to hear.
