Is it normal if your subscription expires that you just get locked out?
I'm used to sites that still allow you to login, but request a renewal of subscription. I'm just locked out and have contacted support.
Granted, I do appreciate that this site does not put us on a post-login page that tries to trick us into other subscriptions by pre-populating the "accept" check box (which is illegal in Canada I think).
Anyhow, if I got locked out, did my subscription expire without notifications? Should I just sign up again? Can I sign up again with the same credentials?
