I'm just curious if I have missed something recently. In the past, the schedule was every two days there is a new release. However, I'm looking at this schedule for the upcoming scenes and the next one will be released on the 22nd with the last scene released on the 18th. After the 22nd, the next release is the 25th and then the 29th. What's going on...?

There are less scenes per month now. A long time ago there were way less. It’s my understanding that times and finances have caused them to make adjustments. There are several threads where we have complained and Mark has explained. This is a short summary of my understanding. The newer models seem to be hotter so maybe it’s worth the wait.

I think what getitboy is referring to is that when we went from three times a week to the new format Mark said that there would be a new scene every three days, at least that's what I understood. Instead it seems to alternate between three days then four days. At least that's what the current schedule is showing.

I agree with what you’re saying, however, the site is still advertising 4 + updates per week to new people signing up. I’m also confused as to whether a recurring subscription is even still offered to new people, and if there is, that is not explained clearly on the sign up page. Luckily I am on recurring, however, if I were signing up for the first time, I wouldn’t be able to do an upfront for the year. My career as a singer doesn’t allow for that. I can be away 6 months at a time.
I wasn’t really that upset with adding an extra day between scenes, but to be honest, I was a little put off by adding a third day. And we talk about sacrificing for better talent, yet 2 of the upcoming scenes are old. And I’m certainly not as picky as some of the members when it comes to talent. I find beauty in all types. Casey is hot, but Oldfart was 100% correct when he said it was more about what was in the scene and not so much who.
Please don’t take offense to this, because it is just an observation. I understand the porn industry has changed and forced companies to make adjustments.
So is it only going to be 2 updates per week now, because that’s where we are based on this week and next week’s schedule?

I wasn't aware that they were advertising 4 + updates per week as I never remember more than the three updates a week, (Sunday, Wednesday and Friday), not including any behind the scenes free updates. So if that is what they are advertising it has not been the case ever. Also I don't recall Mark specially saying that the new schedule would be every three days, but rather he called it "dynamic" without specific days or times.

I of course would have preferred they stayed with the regular old three days a weeks schedule, but rather than raising subscription rates, I will take the new "dynamic" schedule as a better alternative. And of course our access to the forums and the archives remains the same, so while it is not an ideal situation, it is certainly better than raising rates, and under these circumstances I am not going anywhere.

And looking at the upcoming schedule, we have updates coming up on Sunday, 9/22, Wednesday 9/25 and the following Sunday 9/29. That makes three scenes over eight days, not that big a difference to me.

By the way, before anyone on the forum thinks I am personally criticizing anyone else's opinion, I most certainly am not. I am only saying how I see things, not that I am right or that anyone else is wrong. I am just stating my take on the new schedule. It is only my individual opinion, nothing more.

I don’t take anything you’re saying as criticism at all. But also everyone views things differently. While you may see it as 3 scenes over 8 days, others will still see it as 2 scenes per week.
And I’m not criticizing anyone either. Everyone is different. I was looking at it more from a new subscriber point of view.

Exactly what I was asking. I was just curious if there was a change. I actually tried to search the forums for this particular topic but didn't find anything. Thanks for understanding what I was asking in my post
