We've had many conversations over the years about models either coming from other sites or leaving to go to other ones.
The list is quite a few of our models (I could name at least a dozen or so) but viewing them on other sites they are just
porn models doing a job. No dialogue, no interaction, no personalities involved. What this site has done for these boys is
let them do porn, but also be themselves. Laughing, joking, teasing each other, just letting loose and being stupid (in a good way). They have let them just be guys!! You are certainly "preaching to the choir" as far as I'm concerned Peter. That's why I've always considered Broke Straight Boys a pseudo reality site. No, they don't use their real names, and sometimes locations and backgrounds, and even past sexual experiences are fudged a bit, but when it is done right by David or now Johnny, I do feel like I am getting to know who these young men are. And for me to watch a guy that I feel like I "know" makes it all so much more exciting than watching just nameless, personality-less stick figures having sex.

Though I agree with both of these comments, my experience is also that; having had the benefit of getting to know a little bit more about a model through the Broke Straight Boys experience, I do enjoy watching some of them in different scenario, settings and working with other models in the industry as well!( That is, the ones who have moved on to other endeavors within the porn industry.) While I have been disappointed by a few, I've been delighted by others! Just sayin'......But, I still find myself having a true appreciation for Johnny's filming style!

Thank YOU Johnny for all you do for us. It was easy to become passionate site like this one. Especially when it offers this forum. When it's obvious to viewers that you bring so much passion and energy to your task it's easy for us to become invested it too. We were already passionate about David and/or Clay's work. You have set the bar so high yourself that it's easy to become a big fan of your work and the unique talents that only you can bring to the table.

Many of us who are longtime members feel almost as invested in the success of the site as those on the staff and mgmt. That passion can manifest in both directions. We cheer when something is working well. We complain (sometimes loudly) if we feel something falls short of its potential. lol Other times we just want to offer input on how to improve even more upon something that is already working well.

Yet through it all I hope that you and mgmt see that we are really on the same side. Our perspectives may be somewhat different vis-a-vis each other. However you might be surprised to find that we also want all of the staff here to prosper personally, professionally and financially from all the jobs done here. We want all of you to be able to provide well for yourself, your families and loved ones now and well into the future. We wouldn't be very good fans of the site if we didn't care about the rest of you as individuals also.
