Reports are that the photos were taken when he was in high school. They apparently also contain his gf's nude photos. My suggestion is that if anyone runs across these, they NOT post them anywhere. They were all under 18 at the time they were taken.

I'm very familiar with him Mikey because his family lives or at least has lived in Clearwater Florida. In 2006 Nick famously drag raced in a fancy sports car on a Clearwater city street. He lost control and crashed the car into a median and then into a palm tree. He was racing (speeding) on a wet rainy road, intoxicated and only 17 y/o at the time. He totaled the car and walked away with no real injuries. His passenger was not so lucky. His best friend John Graziano (a former Marine) was not wearing a seatbelt and had his frontal skull and forehead bashed in. He is so brain damaged that he is unable to speak and lives in a vegetative state requiring 24 hour care in a nursing home for the rest of his life.

Being a minor and with his father's help and influence, Nick was given only a 5 month jail sentence.

From what I read, the FBI is involved in the investigation. However, when Nick took these photos, he too was a minor which included photos of himself.

In the eyes of the law, that distinction matters not. A minor who possesses nude photos of another minor or even posts or shares nude photos of himself/herself is still considered guilty of a criminal offense.

WOW! 5 months!!?? Even if the criminal system failed, I'm surprised his friend's family didn't civilly sue the Hogan's for some crazy amount.

Since Nick was a minor at the time, the Graziano family was able to sue his multi-millionaire father Hulk Hogan. The terms of the settlement were purposely kept private by both sides. The Bolleas (alias Hogans) did manage to just barely keep it out of court. A last minute settlement was reached whereby the Graziano family said that it would be enough to take care of the victim John Graziano for the rest of his life. Due to the confidentiality clause of the settlement, the Grazianos said only that they were "happy" with the amount agreed upon.

Well,

*Tamps and Louis are obviously correct in their legal analysis.
*Underage "sexting" is obviously not a good thing.
*From my perspective, young Mr. Hogan is so unattractive (to me, he looks like an awkward blond stork) the whole question is moot, to me. (Apart from the fact that he ought to have been punished much more severely, for drunk-driving.)

I might entertain a mild interest in seeing nude photos of him as an adult of over 18. But I have no interest in seeing either him or certainly not his girlfriends when they were underage. His most recent photos though don't have him looking as handsome as he once was.
