Every week I get the new updates at 9:00pm the night before as I'm on the west coast. So was wondering does Jon in England get them at 5:00am? And when does Grace get them in Australia, the next day? Just wondering.

Yes! 04:00 universal time or 14:00 saturday afternoon for grace. 05:00 saturday morning for jon!
12:00 saturday morning in new york.
