New Jersey has become the most recent state to legalize gay marraige!

The decision is effective as of October 21, although it could be stayed pending appeal. For what it's worth (living up to my screenname, haha), when a motion for summary judgement is granted, particularly one on a purely legal question like this one, reversal on appeal is extremely unlikely.
