Mozambique, a nation in Southeast Africa, and a former colony of Portugal, chose to pass a law decriminalizing homosexual activity.
This is a great positive step given that some other African nations have under these excuses:
- 1)religious correctness (Muslim or Christian) and
- 2)saving children from pedophiles
- 3)preventing homosexuality a European practice introduced during colonial times to obliterate African values
either made being homosexual a death penalty offense and/or an offense wherein one is stripped of citizenship and sentenced to life in prison.
Thank you Mozambique.
Now if China and Russia and some US states would follow suit that would be a great step forward.
