However Mike is 19 or 20 years old, and I am 60 years old, and I understand that the forty years separating us means that we have very different values and esthetics. Once, again, I want to reiterate that the dislike for tattoos is only my taste and my opinion. I recognize their popularity. I grew up and graduated from high school in the 70's: bell-bottom pants, white belts, white shoes, leisure suits, long hair, sideburns, etc.

The only thing that goes through my mind when I see the tats is that they are forever. Hair can be cut and clothing styles change. I can't think of anything I want written on my body for the rest of my life. It makes me wonder if there will come a time when they will regret it. Also, I have noticed that a lot of the guys have random, poorly done tattoos scattered haphazardly about their body. I would much rather see a well executed, tasteful tattoo done somewhere on a guy's body, or if he has more than one, a pattern or relationship or scheme. Regadrless of my age, I like ink. I think it can be rather sexy. Ture, jailhouse tats are not my idea of sexy ink, and I just try to overlook them. Same for piercings. I love piercings, even though i have none, and probably never will. AS with other things in life, there should be some moderation, for instance, a nose ring I don't particularly find attractive. Have to agree there Mike, it does not make sense to fire a guy just because he doesn't like to bottom, especially when he has excellent attributes as a top.
