It is 1 am edt and have been trying since 12:15 am edt. On streaming, continual bufferring, no video; on wmv downloads says page not found. What's the matter?

Download link is broken, but what's even more interesting is that the video has a 5-Star rating! How is that possible?

I never noticed that the videos all start off with a 5-star rating. That makes no sense. A proper rating starts off at zero and then displays the average as the votes come in!

Ditto - I can't seem to access it either - video just seems to spin showing that computer is trying to access it. As has been mentioned, whats happening.

Sorry for the issues I'm not sure what happened but I'm looking into it. Please bare with us because we upgraded our CMS to prevent these issues in the future but it looks like something broke.

The films normally get put on about midnight Eastern I believe, so is this via a manual process or is it automated ? If it is manual then why doesn't the person uploading it, test it and this would cause an embarrassment such as this. If it's automated then it's wait until they get out of bed the next day.

It was tested and working in our CMS but it isn't working in the members area. We are working on this issue but have taken the update down while we get it fixed. We have been working on rebuilding Broke Straight Boys from the ground up in regards to the backend to make it so there is hopefully no issues down the road. Looks like we ran into a bit of a speed bump and I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.


In note of the ratings, all scenes do start at "1" it looks like 12 users have voted so far with ratings of 3-5. The video is working in certain areas, but again we removed until its resolved for everyone. It will be live tomorrow.

No problem Mark, mistakes happen in the best of technology. At least you are on hand with an explanation and that is the main thing.

Thanks, Mark, for a prompt response and action. Technology will never be free from these kinds of things; but when one thinks of 3 updates a week, all the forum action, and other activities on the site it is amazing to me, computer luddite that I am, how so few problems occur here. You can imagine what it would be like if I were running the show - lol!!!
