May 1 update, "Twink Fucks Jock"??????

I am not sure if you saw my above post. Yes that would have been nice if the picture was up sooner but this set of videos wasn’t even filmed and edited last Sunday when the Ethan scene went up. We are trying to mix different guys in as we felt that it would have been appreciated.
I did read your first post as well, and while I do appreciate your rushing to give us a brand new model as soon as he was filmed, I just wanted to make you aware of how important it is for many loyal members to see what is upcoming. Going back to my earliest days of membership, I would always look to see what the newest upcoming scene was as soon as a new scene was posted. And when I talked to forum friends about the subject over the years, many told me that they do the same thing, in anticipation of a favorite returning or to see a hot newbie coming to the site.

Under the circumstances of this being a brand new scene not yet filmed or edited, perhaps a title of "Newbie Conner fucks Marine Boy Aiden", with a caveat of "pic coming soon", would have been preferable to the very generic, "Twink Fucks Jock" and a black screen sitting for four days until the image and the names went up.

I do understand how difficult things are for management right now but I also would like for management to understand what is important to us as well. It is a two way street between the customer and ownership.

I thought so. These models are 10-99 contractors anyway, not actual employees. I would think if they have the right to not rehire someone because their ranking wasn’t high enough, LOL, surely they can refuse to rehire them for not being vaccinated. Besides, I see a lot of young porn models sharing their COVID vaccine cards. It only makes sense. Most of these young men will go to great lengths to get on PrEP and take a daily pill to prevent contracting one particular virus, but they won’t go get a vaccine that prevents another virus? Doesn’t make logical sense. Not in a business that requires sexual contact.

Excellent points Jaybifla..........Hopefully all of management is taking note......there seems to be a disconnect between what David is saying about requiring the vaccination of models and the reality of models needing/wanting to work. I assume that models are independent contractors and not employees. I doubt most of the models would have realistic reasons for not getting the vaccine. Vaccinate/work/get money, don't vaccinate/don't work/don't get money. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out.

This topic is very new and very sensitive right now and there is a lot to consider. We as the crew and the talent, we are not employees, we are considered independent contractors or subcontractors, mostly self employed. There is a lot of legalities involved if a business mandates that all employees, and independent contractors be vaccinated at this point and nobody has the answers because this is all new and we never had to deal with this before.

Here is a good articles I found regarding this very subject, but there is really no true correct answers or how to handle such issues.

I don’t even know what else to say. It’s actually pointless to say anything further.
I guess one positive thing is, most formites had something to read for the last few days.

Indeed Jay. The forum has been rather boring lately and this topic has certainly evoked some interest. But I am surprised that management is not requiring vaccinations. As you said previously in an industry where the "work" is the furthest thing from "social distancing" and a vaccine that is virtually 100% effective in preventing serious illness or death, it would seem to be the only way to go to open things up again and in this case to get a full schedule back in the works.

The fact is even with full immunity, mask and six feet distancing will be conditional.
Nothing is likely to change.
