Low Ratings For DK but Yet He Does So much...I Don't Understand...

So once again ive felt the need to bring this up becuase I dont understand whats going on. Either some one is fucking with my rating or I truly deserve to be on the 5 page of highist rated models... can you all help me out and please take the time out to vote me and maybe tell a friend if u could to take the time to ote for me for this is a desperate time of need. I leaked the trailer to the tv show for you all to finally see they its not bs. I do a bunch of behind the scene videos for u all. I post daily on the form and on fb, twitter, instagram etc. What am I doing wrong that is causing my ratings to keep going down. Please help me. Am I ugly...to skinny...im so confused becuase I have huge followings on social networks but yet for the one company I legit put all my time in to have a rating for me at under a 4.4..

I can't understand what the problem is, everyone on the forum raves about you. Maybe some people don't realize we can rate you as a model and rate your videos and that it's 2 separate ratings? There is absolutely nothing wrong with you, you're a great looking guy with one of the best smiles and you have a killer body. I've said it before, I'm really impressed by your broad shoulders tapering down to a sexy V bringing my attention right down to your naughty bits which are also very nice. I really don't want to sound like an ass kisser but your performances are incredible! You put so much into a scene, you make sure you're positioned properly, the cameraman has a clear shot of the action, you're very aware of your space and you show a lot of emotion. You make me believe that what I'm seeing is real. You're a great top and a great bottom, well maybe a little better bottom than top. hehehe

There are a lot of factors involved in the ratings some of the guys only made a few videos so if members liked them all they're going to have a higher rating and when you make more videos and you're seen by more members chances are you're going to have more of a variance. I have feeling if they could take your ratings from the last year alone you'd be at the top. It's not something you can change, it's sexual preference of the viewer, some viewers like blondes, hairy guys, smooth guys, big nipples, tiny nipples. You never know what trips a guys trigger. I prefer your look now with longer hair and unshaven down below but I'm sure there are some people who liked you better smooth. I'm not really a foot person by my goodness you have some sexy feet. I am a hand person, when I look at a guy after his eyes I notice his hands and you have strong sexy hands as well and lovely bedroom eyes.

The guy in first place has a 4.7 that's only .3 of a difference not really anything to fuss about. You've also done more scenes than him so that's saying something. You're a very popular guy so I wouldn't worry about trying to please everyone because there's no way you're ever going to do that. If you do what makes you happy and comfortable it will show in your work and it will make you more endearing to us. I think you're the number 1 forum contributor and if more members participated in the forum they would appreciate you even more.

Here's something else to consider, 4 out of 5 people will make a complaint but only 1 out of 16 who really like what they get will leave a compliment. Whenever you see a compliment in the forum multiply it by 16.

I wouldnt be saying anything if I was on the first and secound page....but instead im on like the 5 or 6 page with a bunch pf models that arnt even active models....not only have my video in the highest ratings went down but also my performance rating and behind the scenes....theres def more to this the u or o know thats for sure.

That's a different story Damien. If Mark is basing your salary on these ratings, I think he is wrong for many reasons. As BenBen said in the previous post, everyone has their own particular "type", and if you are not a particular member's exact type, there is nothing you can do to change his preference. It's like me with redheads. I've never been turned on by a red head. Spencer Todd and Connor were very well liked, but I could never get excited by them. I couldn't give them a high rating no matter if they stood on their heads while sucking dick.

You and Paul are the stars of the site, and your both working with Dimitri and Ronan Kennedy helped boost those scenes up. You have more fans on the forum than any other current model and you seem to have a large role on the television show too. Fans who come to Pride events want to see the dynamic duo of Broke Straight Boys You should be the highest paid models on the site, and to base your pay on the "ratings" is silly. No matter how hard you "work" you can't change a person's sexual taste, but you are LOVED by so many, and based on the recent "controversy" on another thread, it appears management is showing you and Paul the love.

First of all he has done quite a few videos that are quite highly rated (4.5 and up). His personal model rating is also at 4.4 which is quite good. I like him quite a bit and gave him a 5.

Don't worry about the trolls, just enjoy the work and realize you must have fans or they wouldn't keep asking you back.

I don't think Damien Kyle is an asshole. Obviously I don't know him personally, but I work in a business where people are pretty honest... sometimes brutally. Damien Kyle might speak his mind in a less "diplomatic" way at times. But in today's day and age with email, text messaging, etc that has become very easy. I think we do need to be more understanding and tone things down... especially when using electronic communication.

I'm not sure what to think of Damien Kyle "complaining" (if that's what he's doing) about this ratings. Is he just trying to drive them up... maybe. Is it something that really is bugging him... maybe? I think it's okay for him to voice this in the same way it's okay for you to call him out. We all (myself included) need to be more tolerant and respectful of each other. I hope you don't take this like I'm trying to give you a "load of shit". I respect you opinion. It doesn't matter if people agree with it or not.

Damien Kyle I've been a member of Broke Straight Boys for at least three years. During that time I have not been overly active on the forums. I'm trying to get more active as I think it's been a missed opportunity to interaction with some interesting people. Besides I love it when we have the chance to read comments from the models and staff.

I'm not trying to be a dick here... I don't think you should place any real value in your position on some rating list. If Mark, et al are doing that then they need to rethink their practices some. Sure the ratings might be factor, but they also need to take into account what people have to day about the models in the forum. Someone taking the time to actually post a message here take a hell of a lot more effort than someone clicking a rating. So here's where I will be blunt... get over it. Stop looking at some stupid ranking system and read the comments your fans post of the board instead!

I have been watching you since you first appeared on this site and from day one I have loved to watch you grow on this site. You are one of the hottest guys on the site. Not ever video you are in is going to get the highest ratings. That rating really may have little to nothing to do with you. What I see is management putting you with lots of guys who need training because of your skills, talent and leadership. How many times I have you read comments about people stating things like they can't wait until your next video with _____. Seems like that's a heck of a compliment to me.

Please stop worry about a rating, be yourself and know that many of us (myself included) have maintained our membership to this site because of you (and a couple of others). You're an asset to the site and if you haven't figured that out... then let me figuratively smack you up side the head.

Damien Kyle I was thinking a little more about the whole review thing. I know I probably rarely actually review a video or model.I will make more of an effort to give you guys more ratings. That being said, I went back and rated a bunch of models and will work on doing individual videos over the weekend. As I looked through your videos though I found an interesting pattern for me. My favorite Damien Kyle videos are actually when you top or flip. I think your place at Broke Straight Boys is more of a "trainer" and that ends up making you bottom almost all the time. I for one would like to see you top or flip a whole lot more! Maybe management could take this into consideration for future Damien Kyle videos. I think my all time favorite Broke Straight Boys video is the Damien Kyle & Mick flip.

Given your recent mischievous behavior, I don't feel that bringing this to the forum's attention, and of course the attention of your employers, was necessarily a good idea. I hate to tell you this but you kind of dropped the ball in regards to the video you leaked. Your employers entrusted you with information that I'm sure you were aware was supposed to be kept under wraps, and you took that trust and destroyed it. If there's more to your ratings than meets the eye, I wouldn't be surprised. Hell, I'd be fired from my job if I pulled a stunt like that.
Honestly, if I were you, I'd turn your attention from the ratings on the site and focus on your performances, and little by little, begin to regain the trust you lost with your employers.

Tampa, as I said before the "rhyme or reason" for people voting as they do is based on a visceral reaction to a guy, and not based on how hard he works or how good he is to his fans. For example Johnny Forza is currently the #4 all time model, while many fans have criticized him on the forum for just "going through the motions", not showing any passion, not trying to learn how to suck dick properly, losing his erection when topping, not doing anything extra to please his fans, looking bored, etc. etc, but his looks alone are what gets him the votes. The bottom line is this is a sex site, and people vote with their dicks, (except for the ladies, lol) and a guy either turns you on or doesn't. It is no reflection on hard work.

It reminds me of the old Charlie the Tuna commercials where they said, "Sorry, Charlie. We don't want tuna with good taste. We want tuna that tastes good." I wish that Damien would accept that he is one of the most popular models ever with the fans, but not everyone has the exact same taste in looks and he should accept the love that we give him here as genuine and just say "fuck it" to the folks who may not see him as a "five". Damien please embrace the love of your fans and enjoy it! There are some things in life than we cannot control and we shouldn't let those things get us down.
