Pete, I totally agree with you. I like both models, so I was expecting this scene to be amazing... It wasn't bad, but it was far from amazing.

Well, we seem to be learning the same lessons over and over.

Shot outside, there is no control over the lighting and they were shooting AGAINST the sun. You couldn't see the models for the first half of the scene.

Then, fucking naked on the grass. Jesus H. Christ. That feels awful. What about a blanket or some fucking something.

I think this tops the scene shot with the model getting fucked as he laid on the edge of a bathtub, or the fake stairwell scene. Or scenes where they stand the model on his head while someone fucks his ass.

This might have been an amazing scene if it had been shot inside on a fucking bed. People have been having sex on beds for centuries because its a very nice place to have sex. And you can control the light. We seemed to have learned not to shoot into bright windows.

The sucking and the fucking were GREAT in this scene. But, damn, the photogenics and the setting was just horrible. I LOVE Ryan's big dick, and so did Jos Alvarez. This was a really good fuck scene.

I wish Broke Straight Boys would control themselves and ask the question, before they decide on a setting for the scene. Did I ever know someone to have sex in such a location. And secondly, did I ever KNOW someone who KNEW someone who had sex in such a location. And think about the lighting.

Well Studdd, what more can I say. For once I'm glad someone beat me to the punch, or even noticed it at all (though to be honest, it was pretty hard to not see what you couldn't see!). I gave this scene an A...for Awkward! With a few exceptions I found this scene difficult to watch. Give me a break! Light, how does that work again? I learned about lighting with my first camera, a Kodak Hawkeye Flashfun in the early 60's. I certainly would hope that someone who makes a living producing anything visual would have learned that concept early on as well.

I have always said, "Don't shoot into the light." Let me try something different. Keep the light behind you! I hope that helps. It will certainly help the models who perform an entire scene with such poor quality.

I'm not going to dump it all into the lighting issue, though. I felt both boys were pretty awkward in their performance. That could have resulted from the environment, but other than the oral I just felt these two didn't quite work as well together as they have with others. Enough said.

I didn’t think it was exactly Splendor in the Grass like some of the screen comments mention, but I do applauded Broke Straight Boys for trying to think outside the box. Outdoor scenes are hard and Ryan Pitt said on his twitter feed this was his hardest scene and if I remember right he said he sweated the whole time so it was probably hot. I agree with old fart lighting and sound we’re not great but that’s very hard to do outside. Sometimes I think pool side works better. I gave it 4s for originality and trying hard but it wasn’t the best scene.

Same here. I usually don't tell what score I gave a scene but I will in this case. Along with the new house they are trying some different venues, like the stairway, in their scenes. The tub scene had it's problems too but that's because there was the unfiltered window in the background (there's that lighting thing again!). A noble effort in this case which, unfortunately, didn't work out.

Not enthused with this scene at all. It seemed that Ryan spent more time jacking himself off that fucking Jos Alvarez. Maybe he had trouble keeping it hard. I agree that Broke Straight Boys is entitled to some slack for trying alternative settings for scenes. Filming outdoors does present challenges but can result in a hot sex scene in more ways than one. Loved the look on Jos Alvarez' face when Ryan's hard curved horse cock first popped out. I do NOT applaud Broke Straight Boys for trying to think outside the box. They are making crazy scenes like this, or the bathtub scene (WHOEVER got fucked laying on the sharp edge of a bathtub? Jesus!) I want them to go back to thinking INSIDE the box and making good scenes. In all the 1500 scenes of Broke Straight Boys, some of which were great, and not many were really bad, like this scene, NONE of the top 100 scenes were shot in a stairwell, or with the model laying on the sharp edge of a bathtub, or with naked people laying on the grass and rocks, or standing on their fucking heads while someone fucks their ass, or shot with the camera facing into the light.

Please go back inside the box!
