I have no idea. I've known of very deep pimples. But I don't think that's it. I hope he's had it looked at by a dermatologist.

There are some more recent videos around where he doesnt have it. I hope he had it taken care of. What really bothers me is that the company that put him on had him do it and even the other guy rubbed his dick on his face and over it. Why didn't they think it would bother viewers?
