Turning to the scene itself, welcome back Jos Alvarez! I think it was a wise move for Broke Straight Boys to bring back Jos Alvarez as he has been one of the most popular models on the site in recent years. And Jack is a cute twink who seemed more comfortable on the set than in his initial performances here, where he was trying to play the role of a newbie straight boy where he obviously enjoys guys and gay sex. My preference is always seeing a guy who has lived the straight lifestyle prior to arriving here and watching his progression into sex sex, but obviously those kind of guys today are rarer than the dodo bird. So while not thrilled with this pairing, I accept what we are getting and these two experienced performers hopefully gave the folks the kind of performance they've been asking for.
I have been enjoying the new models. I think it makes sense to use some of the old Broke Straight Boys models. But as I have said many times before. No straight guys were harmed in the making of this video. But I think most members don’t really care anymore. I must say that having Jos Alvarez here is the best thing that has happened on the new set since Gino. Poor Jack, he looked like a deer caught in the high beams. I am thrilled to see Jos Alvarez back again! If anything he looks younger and more attractive than ever. It's reassuring to me that while there are many changes afoot, that we will still have some popular models from the past. And that starting anew won't mean throwing out the baby with the bath water.

I suspect that Jos Alvarez tried with some tongue at one point and Jack rebuffed it. Either way the camera immediately panned away and the video spliced into another camera angle.
I do think Jack is handsome and sexy in his own way. I think that Jack has all the physical attributes necessary to be a porn model. As SFP alluded to though he doesn't emote or verbalize very much as part of his performance. At a few points he had a rag doll kind of look to him where I felt like it was much more on Jos Alvarez had to carry more of the action and lustful momentum of the scene. Jack needs to work on being less quiet and passive, and more focused and tuned in to the action at hand.
I also hope something can be done with the audio to get mics closer to the models. While the moaning sounds came through okay I really struggled to make out the dialog exchanges and the pre-scene conversation.
Having said all that, I gave the scene a 4. While it wasn't what I would call great... For a new transition and during a time of Covid no less, I felt the scene was above average.

Glad to have you back. We are experiencing a back to the future moment. I’m personally excited. It’s a bit of a learning curve getting back into the Broke Straight Boys filming for David, but there is more of an emphasis on actual gay for pay straighter guys once again. So I’m willing to forgive the not quite as polished porn shoot content. But at least there are no windows to mess up the lighting. Lol. I’m hoping for more close ups of the action.

Glad to see Jos Alvarez back, he is one of my all time favorites. The scene was definitely Pro/Rookie, I think Jack is cute and has a big dick, he just needs to admit to himself he is doing gay porn and enjoy it, I believe he was real nervous being with Jos Alvarez but you could tell that he was interested as he was checking Jos Alvarez out when he sat down next to him. It was a pretty good scene, but boy, what a difference from when I left. And after they got that new place in Atlanta. Judging from Jos Alvarez's statement it's in a different place. I'm going to have to catch up on the latest scenes, but from what I did see it will take me a little more settling in. Thomas Wolfe wrote a novel called You Can't Go Home Again and I believe it wholeheartedly, but I'm willing to give this format a go. Gino (?) seems to be the best example of a straight guy experimenting right now. I sure hope I don't have to give up on some of the Broke Straight Boys models I've gotten to enjoy.

I thought I would add in my comments. First off I was excited to see Jos Alvarez back and he gave 110% and was miles away the stand out. I was very disappointed in Jack. I was hoping by now he would open up and have more spark in his performances. Jos Alvarez worked him over and there was little to no response from Jack and it drove me insane. Even when he was topping him Jack looked like he was going to fall asleep. The oral was definitely the better part of the scene. I gave it a 4 because of Jos Alvarez but I hope Jack turns up the heat because he gotten eaten alive by Jos Alvarez in this scene.

Good points, especially about better positioning of the mics. Young men the ages of Broke Straight Boys models have a tendency to lower their voices when engaging in sexual banter (Ethan Steele being an example), which can be hot and amusing and also tend to be only partially picked up by the mics if at all. I really liked the scene but agree that Jack would have been better off just completely surrendering to Jos Alvarez' moves such as the attempted french kissing. But to give Jack some credit, he did take Jos Alvarez' big dick up his hot little twink ass!
The Broke Straight Boys-1 style is going to appeal to some and not to others. If I may make a suggestion, I feel like scenes with seasoned Broke Straight Boys models should be directed differently. It is an opportunity to meet in the middle with those who aren’t familiar with or don’t particularly like the original Broke Straight Boys-1 style. Jos Alvarez and Jack are too experienced to be directed in such a scripted way. There are going to be many times that new models, like Gino, will work so much better in the original format. Jos Alvarez and Jack, not so much. Honestly I felt like they were both uncomfortable. Yes, I know Jack isn’t a seasoned Broke Straight Boys model, but he is far from inexperienced in Gay porn. I didn’t hate the scene, but it was just ok for me.
