is this true? if yes, what does he do at Broke Straight Boys?? and who is the "voice" in all the video's???

David is the voice in the video, Tyler works in the back office sorting out all the admin - occasionally popping out in front of the camera of course.

I just watched one hell of a shoot featuring Nathan and Jamal. They were absolutely fabulous together. Surely, Broke Straight Boys is not dumping them too!

If so, then maybe you need to reconsider some changes! I can't imagine current Broke Straight Boys users being happy with similar changes.

Cumrag, According to everything Mark and David have told us, we will not see any of the familiar models, when the new scenes hit the website. David & Eddie's studio in Florida is no longer making scenes for Broke Straight Boys It will all be shot elsewhere, using a different set, director, and "All New" models from what they have told us.

Based on the previous lag time between shooting scenes, and uploading them to the site, I would have to think that all of the decisions have already been made, and that there is a whole bunch of stuff that has been shot, waiting to hit the site.

I imagine the name "Broke Straight Boys" will be the only thing that remains the same. We need to wait and see what the new product is, and then decide if it is a site that we will still enjoy. At this point, I haven't a clue.

If it were only that simple, RR. Neither Mark nor David ever said that our opinions on the forum would influence the models or the scenes presented here.

And there is such a long lag time between producing a scene and our viewing it, that it would take a long time for us to have any influence on the product, if they actually cared what we said.

I consider our input on the forum to be a fun discussion between like minded folks, who enjoy what the site is all about. While I'm most curious what the new product will be, I don't think that my or your comments will affect what Mark ultimately presents here.

I'm not sure where you got that impression. In the beginning this forum was made to get input on models, scenes etc. None of that has changed.

As for the lag time it will be gone. I will only keep at maximum maybe a month of updates at a time.

That is very encouraging news Mark. Are you saying that our input will affect the product that you present? However that can get tricky too, as there is no one singular voice on the forum, and obviously with the overall membership of your site. Whereas I prefer the apparently straight guys who do not care to bottom, or make passionate love to another man, and the next guy or gal, may want kissing and tender lovemaking between the "brokies".

But even saying that our input will help you decide what and who to film is very encouraging. And the fact that scenes will be less than a month old when we see them also interests me.

What Mark, David & the rest of the D&E & Blumedia teams draw from this forum is only a miniscule amount of input from the Broke Straight Boys viewers. There are other sources that the team uses that, in terms of numbers, far outstrip the numbers of this forum. Anybody who thinks that, we few forumites, is, or has been, the only influence on the direction of Broke Straight Boys needs to think again.

I value everyone's input and lots of input from this forum has been used. You have to keep in mind that pleasing everyone is impossible and the members on the forum is a small fraction of the members of this site. The forum is the only input we get though so we do use your input. I can tell you that we will have hotter straight guys. I now have model recruiters that send me most of my models which I didn't have before. This will greatly help with the type of guys we can get. You will start seeing new scenes early next year.

Please do start that thread, Mark. That's an excellent idea. And thank you for being so accessible, and answering our questions. I understand that you are a very busy man, and can't always respond to our questions immediately. But now as you appear to be very involved with the model search and the scenes too, it will be wonderful if you regularly chat with us here in the forum.

I'm willing to join my new friend rrhill, and look at the new site as "The glass is half full!". I will always love David's style, and his stable of young performers, but I'm willing to check out the new material at the beginning of the year with objective eyes.
