You may need to download Quicktime flashplayer. It is a free download. I hope that helps.

That's what Amber emailed me to do but why would I only be having problems with just the one film. All the rest work okay..

Hmm, do you get an error code when you cant play the video? Which video is it? Could be your browser too... Let me know and I will gladly help you out.
