How do models feel about relatives/friends seeing it?

How do gay, gay-for-pay and other types of models and porn stars feel about their parents, siblings, relatives and friends watching them do all that stuff (rimming, blowjobs, anal action etc.) on camera? I've always wondered.

I know they might just not tell them about it but I don't think they can all keep it a secret. I'm sure many of them have parents, relatives and friends that know...

That is a most interesting question, Arckangel, that I've always wondered about, when a young particularly, straight identifying model puts his gay porn work out on the internet. We have several examples of that from right here on our forum. David explained that the very popular model Danny, had to quit the business when his family found out. Both the late Mike Robbins, and the current model Jimmy have shared with us that their straight friends know what they do, and it doesn't affect the friendships with their good friends.

Rob Ryder who posts on the forum, but not recently, also has explained in great detail how he told his father how he makes a living. There was also a very interesting recent thread on the forum started by Tampa regarding the handsome young Dustin Zito who appeared on MTV's The Real World, and how it came out during the series that he was a gay porn star on Frat Pad, as "Spencer". He is one article that I found on him.

One would think that a young man who applies for a job as a gay model, would realize that his work will always be out there on line, and it could come back to "haunt" him later in life, as he pursues a career and a family. Original Broke Straight Boys fans cannot forget the very beautiful Logan who frequented Broke Straight Boys episodes time and time again. Even so, because of his "can-do, upbeat attitude" no forumite ever tired of seeing his image grace their monitor screen. In my book, Logan was "Mona Lisa Beautiful" with that sly, mischevious smile that asked as many questions as it answered. He had a great sense of humor and an infectious smile anyone would find simply irresistible. He was also asked to go along to the various PRIDE and other Broke Straight Boys gatherings where he would meet visitors at the Broke Straight Boys booth with all of his immense personal charm he had at his fingertips.

At the time he left Broke Straight Boys, his family(I understand to be a family of means) was concerned with his being a Broke Straight Boys model ultimately interfering with his long-range plans to later on get into politics. There is no question Stimpy, that Logan was one of the most popular models ever on this site. I used to describe his looks as "movie star handsome". As I recall, David told us that Logan was in medical school, and devoting his time to that endeavor, and worked for Broke Straight Boys during school breaks. I don't recall hearing about family issues with him, or with his plans for a political career. However, if he stopped his porn career because of politics, I'm afraid it is way too late. If his opposition chooses to use his Broke Straight Boys work against him, there are hours of "incriminating evidence" already available to show, and so quitting the site after working here, to avoid embarrassment, is I'm afraid, "putting the cart before the horse".

But I do hope that he is happy and doing well in life. Besides being beautiful, he seemed to be a really good guy too.
