funbilly, at the top of every page is a section called 'message board'. move your mouse over that section. from the dropdown menu you can select the forum you want to post a new thread to. the general forum is for any topic that comes to mind. the membership site forum is for comments, suggestions, and complaints related to blumedia (i.e. College Dudes, Broke Straight Boys).
the simple rule of thumb is if it is about Justin Bieber's dick is goes in the general forum and if it is about Tanner Valentino's dick is goes in the membership site forum. I also understand that birthday wishes to members and staff go in the general forum.
