Everyone picks up on different things when watching a scene! When I'm watching a guy bottom, I want to know if he's enjoying it! I watch body language throughout the entire shoot. It is more than one model being into the other. There has to be chemistry, mystery, and magic. If any one of these is absent, the scene does not work for me. To make these co-morbid, both models need to put away their wallets and egos, and exert a concerted effort to ensure it all flows to a most passionate climax, yet only whets their audience's yearnings to not only see/want more, but to envision what further results they themselves could devise.

This mystery is what is im-portent to me. (Good thread, Betu.)

I like to watch where the hands go. Once they get into a good rhythm, and "the world melts away," often a good pair will grab at one another's arms or legs. Watch a bottom, if he is pushing the top away, the top's being too aggressive, but if the bottom is wrapping his hands around the top's thighs...good as it gets!
I also watch the eyes...the "souls" you know. If they are watching one another, the chemistry is there.
And mimicry is a biggie. If a guy is being blown and bobs his head to the rhythm of the "do-er," it's a fun time.

I also look to see where the models' hands are. I always look to the person receiving oral for instance if they are touching the back of the other's head or if the hands are hanging loosely at the side. If a model just rests his hands on the back of the futon, bed or sofa while being serviced I know he is not into it. If he is instead rubbing the other guy's chest or shoulders, or running his fingers through the other model's hair, it gets my attention and holds my interest much more.

I totally agree silvercamel. On Broke Straight Boys, I don't want the scene to start with two guys kissing as the scene opens. I like to be able to get into the straight boy fantasy as they maintain that they are strictly hetero, and then watch for those signs too of uncontrollable pleasure, as they discover that they are actually enjoying it, although they claim that they are strictly in it for the dough.
