Happy Pride... Everyone...Love From San Francisco...
If you don't celebrate today? Happy Pride anyway. San Francisco will celebrate
for You. xoxo Hugs to All. :flaggen15:

I am gay proud every day. I have two friends who live in St. Petersburg, Fl. St. Petersburg has the largest parade in the SE which was yesterday. The street festival is today. The mayor of the City was the Grand Marshall of the parade yesterday. I am waiting to hear if my friends attended any of the festivities and how they enjoyed it. Read about it.

This has been a monumental week in our history. This picture alone represents what we are proud of and grateful for.

I had a great pride sunday. My Dad's visiting from back east and my whole family came over for dinner. Siblings, Nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews it was a house full alright! Of course I cooked my mexican food as everyone demanded it, all three of my nieces cracked up because their kids won't eat mexican food unless great uncle peter makes it so "i'm proud" of that.

And, Peter, we both know that homemade authentic Mexican food is NO Taco Bell.

And Louis, while I'm sure you are a fine chef of Mexican cuisine as well, I've had the honor of eating a home cooked peterh Mexican dinner and it sure beat anything I've ever eaten from Taco Bell to some really fine authentic Mexican restaurants as well!!!

Whew, for a minute I thought you were going to tell us of you tasting peterh's enchilada. Never, mind. Carry on. Don't mind me. I'm tired today and you know what they say about an idol mind....................!

Aw shucks!!! lol Louis is right nothing better than homemade well anything! And yes Mikeyank you've had the pleasure of having my meal. What still amazes me is how I pulled that off in your little kitchen and minimal utensils, but thats what made it good right???

Thanks for the pics Louis. :)

I saw Mayor Kriseman in the parade on Saturday night and he gave me a high 5! lol

I was somewhere in the crowd for the festival on Sunday wearing my Tampa Bay Rays baseball cap. :)

I hope all of you had a wonderful Pride weekend whether your city celebrated it or not. It was a unique historical moment that many of our brothers and sisters gave their lives (literally and figuratively) to see fulfilled. I was too busy enjoying and living the moment, to be online talking about it at the time. haha Of course I was fortunate enough to be living close enough to a city that was already going to be celebrating it in a big way even before the Supreme Court decision.

Here's a few more great pics of national landmarks I never would have expected to see light up on Friday. Well, except for maybe Disney World in Orlando. lol

Tampa, you left one out. Our brothers and sisters across the pond also celebrated with us on the historic day of the Supreme Court decision.

Somebody told me that Obama and Biden both held up rainbow emblems of some kind in the White House last Friday evening in celebration. Is that true? And if so, does anyone have pics or videos they can share with us?
