Getting To Know Izzy Danger

His looks remind me of Clark Kent. I love a guy with glasses. Totally sexy and I am excited for his upcoming scene.

Thanks to Jay for letting me know that this BTS is up on the site, for as David mentioned that the behind the scenes stuff is not promoted on the homepage and so one must search or have Jay on the case. lol

As far as the interview, I appreciate the honesty by both David and Izzy as we learn that this is either Izzy’s fourth or sixth site that he has performed on, and he goes into detail regarding his sexual past from his first two failed experiences with a girl at age 19 and through his initial GRINDR hookups with guys as well. His perspective of considering himself pansexual is also an interesting one. I appreciate the transparency up front before someone on the forum lets us know of his past studio work.

Just watched Izzy's interview! Bright articulate attractive young man with certainly pansexual attractions. To be attracted to girls, boys, trannies going male to female and trannies going female to male is certainly pansexual! More and more I'm appreciating David's interviewing skills. In this interview he developed very well the generational differences and attitudes towards the newer labels of sexuality. Also, a few years back David was more "take his word for it" when a new model claimed to be totally straight with no other experiences with other guys or other gay porn studios, only to be caught in their lies by some of our tech savey members reviewing the internet. Apparently learning from that experience (and possibly hurt by implications that he might have been a party to such lies), he now inquires about that and gets more interesting and truthful interviews as a result. So kudos to both David and Izzy for an intriguing and informative interview, and I look forward to watching the upcoming scenes of this attractive young man.

Thank you for pointing that out. I think the interview part of this site is very interesting and Broke Straight Boys allows us to really get to know the person that is filming. While other studios, just do a simple "interview" the basics, here on Broke Straight Boys we really find out what really is going on with that person.

When we interview the models in the all I ask of them is tell me your truth...they don't have to give out there real names, social security numbers and there address, but I want to find out more about them and why they are filming porn, and what turns them on sexually...I find it very fascinating to chat about one's sexuality and what turns that person on.

If the person has filmed porn before with another studio, I am not going to sugarcoat it and pretend this is there first time. In today's world, its much different from years back so its only right to disclose if they worked at another studio. Although we don't mention the other studios name, the interview is still the same, why do they want to film?, what makes them do this? So I like to dig deep and find out more about there sexuality.

For example, Darron Bluu we all know he has filmed so much with other studios, but do we really know his story...his life? Here on Broke Straight Boys we find out more and why about him to find out that in real life, he is a simple guy...doesn't have sex with other guys unless on camera and he doesn't use curse words like "fuck" or "shit" and other offensive words. But with the other studios, you guys and his other fans know more about him.

And Darron is just one person....so I am glad you brought this up and made this point and glad you enjoyed watching and thank you for your membership and continue support of this site.

I also want to thank David for bringing to the members so much depth and a broader perspective to the models he interviews. This is one of the great things that has always set Broke Straight Boys apart from the crowd of other sites. David's interview style and ability to easily banter with the models has always been one of his fortes. Even when we get a new model who admittedly has worked for another or several other sites, I dare say we learn and know much more about him over here than the customers at other sites ever did. Do they know if he had a great loving family and and upbringing, or a really dysfunctional effed up one? We usually do. Do they know if he has any siblings or where he falls in the pecking order? We members at Broke Straight Boys usually know. Has he had any great triumphs or tragedies in his life so far?

Even in regards to sexual orientation I think because of these kinds of interviews and somewhat prolonged intros to porn videos of the past, we give the models an open floor to talk in more depth about their proclivities in more detail and (usually) with greater honesty.

A guy like Izzy at another site might be asked on camera about his sexuality (maybe) and if he knows he has only 5 seconds to answer, he'll probably punt. He may just say something like, "Bi." or "Slightly bi." or "Mostly straight." or "Straight-curious" or a simple, "Pansexual." For him that's very imprecise. Over here at Broke Straight Boys we get a much better picture. Because the models are asked open-ended questions and allowed to elaborate. That's a unique concept in the traditional porn industry.

I know there are some here (and certainly there have been in the past) who are or were turned off by the lengthier intros to the vids while the directors had mini-conversations with the models. (Including some of the BTS vids.) They would say things (in as many words) along the lines of, "I don't want to see a freakin' Barbara Walters, Larry King or Oprah interview of my porn models. Just get their clothes off quickly and show them performing for me."

I can't argue with that kind of mindset or personal preference. To each their own. But I do not fall into that camp. While I don't consider it a priority to know every little detail of a model's personal life or upbringing...it certainly does add to my own enjoyment (and appreciation) of a model's work if I have a fuller background story of what makes him tick in real life. :)

I have always been interested in the background of any model and how they develop as models. The development or lack there of is mainly due to a persons character, background & how others around him react to him if he opens up. Generally a person who is open to learn with a strong character go farther in life and sexual development. That is what I believe and I am sure others may differ which is their right & I respect them for it.

I totally agree with Tampa that the interviews and the “Getting to Know” segments are one of the factors, (along with this forum) that have kept me a continuous member of this site since 2008. And David is the absolute best at getting the most out of these guys. No we do not always get the 100% true story of their lives, but we do get to see more of who they are than on any other site that I know of. David has a disarming personality that gets the guys to say things to him that they probably hadn’t intended to say. So yes, I do agree with everything you said Tampa about Broke Straight Boys and especially David’s interviews.

I agree with Tampa & Mike, David is a gem.
