Burger King is offering in their San Francisco locations a burger celebrating Gay Pride. It is their famous
Whopper wrapped in a rainbow paper called the "Proud Whopper"





Each burger has a message on the inside of the wrapper that says, "WE ARE ALL THE SAME INSIDE"
Pretty damn cool.

Just out of pure curiosity as I am a very nosy person do they charge the same as normal for it or do they do what normal companies do and hike up the price just because its a different wrapper?

Great Idea. This week, the Gay Pride parade in St Petersburg was lead up by the Mayor. He proclaimed June as Pride Month in the city. For those that are not familiar with this area, St Petersburg is just across the bay from Tampa. We have a large community here. As a matter of fact, the Chief of Police in Tampa is a Lesbian.

responsible and self-assured homosexuals need to learn to use a weapon properly and get lessons for its care and use-- the National Rifle Association is correct about using one's right to bear arms responsibly and gays should form militia...guarantee a respect for constitutional and civil rights will follow as people will think twice before bashing...gays already vote with their dollars and some gays are staunch Republicans while there are a few closeted ones in other more conservative movements here in Texas....
a man and or womyn should be able to protect himself/herself when necessary... pride flows from more than just a notion of self-reliance

The police chief of Tampa is indeed a strong and mature (gay) leader. Any time I see her on television I always feel that there is a smart competent grownup in charge. It's quite refreshing!
