It's the catholic bit rick - a lot of catholic priests have been involved in sexual activities with both fellow priests, women and boy and girls. Not a good thing considering they have chosen a life of celibacy.

I have a really good friend who formally separated from the priesthood several years ago. He had been at a monastery high school and college and then seminary. He left when he was 45 and a several years ago the Church finally admitted he wasn't coming back. I once asked him what percentage of the priests he knew were actually heterosexual. He said "none".

Wouldn't surprise me alot of the priests nowadays have sexual encounters with guys. Which if you get caught I'm sure the punishment for them is even worse :/

I give them props for making such a commitment or at least try. I could never do that for myself I have those urges just like everyone else. Id say forget it, but I respect them for that.
