Just to let people know I agree with the recent release of scenes I've been too involved with the releasings. I went out to filming knowing I wouldn't be able to go back to Broke Straight Boys for a while, however, how Broke Straight Boys choose to release the scenes isn't my call... As for if I'll be out again who knows once this batch of scenes go out I'll decide then. Every other comment in here complains about overuse then will complain because they don't get enough... At the end of the day no one is happy and negativity isn't my style. Broke Straight Boys does a great job and for the members and we he models do our best to preform! I'm not real active on these threads but I had to voice my opinion on the subject...

For the fans thanks gals/guys I appreciate your support...

David - there are always people posting who are going to complain. As you so properly note when they are not complaining about one thing they are complaining about something else. You do good work and there are many who appreciate that work and your efforts.

David, it's true that it is impossible to make everyone happy, as the audience here is diverse and everyone has different taste in the guys we like. This again illustrates the "double edge sword" that management created when it allowed the models to post on the forum. We the members want to be able to discuss models and scenes openly and freely, but I don't think that any of us wants to hurt the feelings of the young men who perform here, so it does become a tricky situation to be honest among ourselves and not be perceived as being mean or hurtful if a model is not a favorite of ours.

Thanks for voicing your opinion David.

I think you are one of the best, David, and don't think you are over-used. All the best to you and hope you do come back.

The forums are what they are. As for you, what you do is fine. When and if you get back here I'll be happy to watch if not here good luck wherever you are.

David:

The criticism of your being overused is really directed at management (And, by the way, that same thing applies to the overuse of Chandler). I think most of the forumites, if not all of them, understand that you or no other model has a role in determining when and in what order scenes will be released. And I'm sure there are various factors that go into that decision. Number of models used, how many scenes are banked, to name a few. Management is doing you no favor by scheduling your scenes so close together. But you have to understand that the discussion here on that topic is not directed at you as a model or as a human being. Toughen up, man!

Personally I like you as a model. I prefer when you top; and when you top, that you bring out dominance. They are you best scenes for me. If I had my way you would only top. But that would be boring for you and less income (if the pay schedule still pays more for bottoming). Sometime some of us might not like a particular performance and we talk about those things here on the forum. That's part of the business you signed up for. And as long as people don't say nasty and inappropriate things about you as a person, then you have to enjoy the good comments and ignore the bad.

Give me an inch...and I'll want your cock...life. I do hope you come back; I enjoy your sexual energy and ability to help guys "out of their comfort zones!":par50:

David. I love your work and you have established yourself here as a Veteran. That alone speaks for the performer and person you are. If you feel you need to take a break, just go down the street. Don't go to the next town.

You belong to us and us alone. If I had the power, I would create your own Star of Fame.

David, I will echo the sentiments of others in that no member blames you or Chandler for your perceived "overuse" -- it is the way in which scenes are being released to the site. You seem to be popular among the members, any many -- me included -- have mentioned previously what a great mentor you have been to the new guys, very patient and tender with them in their first scenes. That counts for a lot. Similarly, Chandler has been criticized here lately for being boring I think because he seemed to take a more active role in his earlier scenes.

As another member pointed out, this is a tough, awkward situation when models and members are allowed into each others' "personal" spaces. The members come here to express their feelings, good, bad and sometimes ugly, but I don't think anyone means to be intentionally mean or disrespectful to any of the models. We all appreciate what you guys do in all of your scenes: whether we like them or not, you guys are putting yourselves out there in the rawest possible way -- literally naked for the world to see. I'm sure if we had access to what the models say and think about some of the members there would be hurt feelings on "this side" as well -- we're all only human, so I'm sure some models have unkind things to say about some of the more vocal members here in the forums or other social media (we all know what Vadim Black thought when he made his very public Twitter rant last year!).

At the end of the day you just have to remember that being an entertainer of any sort in the public eye is going to bring with it a lot of scrutiny and both praise and criticism. It just goes with the territory of being any sort of public figure. That's why many actors and authors never read reviews of their work. If you are going to read it then you have to take the good with the bad. Enjoy the praise and try to take away something positive from the criticisms, whether it be ideas of something different to do in your scenes or whatever, or just ignore it. And remember that every single model on this site or who has come and gone has fans and detractors -- everyone is someone's favorite or someone's least favorite who will never be good enough or never live up to another model they really liked. It just is what it is. Roll with it but neither let the praise inflate your ego nor the criticism get you down. Stay grounded and do the best job you can. At the end of the day that's all you owe yourself or the members.

Bravo Scott!!!!! Beautifully stated and you fully explained and expanded on my own thoughts and feelings on this subject. :thumbup1:

Scott - this is one of the best, if not the best, comments posted on the forum dealing with this issue. Well thought out and extremely well written. My hat's off to you!!!!

I appreciate all the comments I love to hear feedback because it betters me as a performer... I love hearing criticism because beyond the individual you could gain good stuff and as for all the positive feedback I love you gals/guys too much! I won't be leaving Broke Straight Boys I might take a break :)

well said!
david has been in 15 episodes, since april, 2015, shot during 3 video sessions. 15 out of 125 or 12%! that's the same number of episodes as Gage Owens and 1 more than Zander Floyd and Zeno Kostas. the issue is not about overuse, but about the order of release.

the scene with david and chandler was shot back in September. the scene with Gage Owens, Tyler Griffin david and chandler was shot in December. days apart upon release, but months apart in terms of production.

David, go home, relax and enjoy some "me time". We will be here when you come back to work, all fresh and full of "spunk!" Your tattoo says it all. Your heart is beating and you are alive.

Thank you for being our Friend. I dedicate this song to you.

I agree this over use falls on management. They need to spread things out so this issue is not an issue. Comments I have made are not directed toward David, but in the spirit in hoping the powers that be would see the comments and think about what is being said by all members that are posting. David is a FANTASTIC, SEXY Model and I really hope he stays with Broke Straight Boys David please take & understand the comments as they are meant....Nothing negative on you!!

I totally agree with you. Pretty much every scene David is I give him a 5 and he's also in my favs. I'm just not a fan of seeing to much of a model because I feel like it affects the rating if we see the same guy over and over. David always give great effort and always tries his best. I hope he sticks around.

LOVE you guys/gals... Feel free to msg me at any time on my Twitter and I'll respond to you! @davidhardyxxx
