could BSB shift update time to 6pmEST/5pmCST rather than 10pmEST/9omCST?

While that might fit your own personal schedule and preference, there are the rest of the membership management has to think about. It use to be midnight a few years ago and management moved it back to 10 pm ET so people could see it before going to bed. Also there are other national and international time zones to think about.
