Why can't Broke Straight Boys get the audio levels to where they should be? This is a professional company that has been producing porn for many years, and yet the sound levels are sporadic, sometimes being acceptable, and other's, like in today's Mick & Daniel scene be way below an acceptable level.

I have no equipment to enhance sound levels on my computer, and to me on this site that is quasi-reality based, what the guy's say is very important for me to get into my fantasy of watching two straight guys having gay sex.

Please get the sound right, test it during the shoot if necessary, but it is very frustrating when you get two excellent looking guys like Mick and Daniel, and I can barely understand a damn thing they are saying.

The sound problems are ridiculous and unacceptable. I am a professional director(not of porn) and I would fire a sound man who turned in work of this level

i can safely say that sound quality will improve. my sha time included getting down to brass tacks. it is a fact that sound quality is an issue and something that can be corrected. i believe i/we will be hearing the results.

I just watched it again using ear buds and I could only make out about half of what was being said. Clay came through OK but not Mike or Daniel. You gotta think that someone would think of perhaps using 2 boom mikes or wireless ones concealed in the headboard or somewhere that would pick up their voices better and cut down on the clatter. It might even take a sound board operator being present somewhere when they are filming. Maybe this is already being done, if it is, it's just not working.

We, the forum, have been on to Mark for months regarding this sound issue. There were promises of improvement but the promises have not come to fruition.

I agree concerning the sound quality - but I find Clay to be the worst offender. He mumbles at the boys and if they can understand him - we cannot. But this latest effort is the worst yet; Clay and the boys both are unintelligible. We pay enough for this service - why don't you guys offer the quality everyone expects?

I had issues with sound waaaaaaaaaaay back during David's reign at BSB1. I asked about it then and was told to turn up the speakers on my computer. Really? That's the way to respond to a paying customer? How condescending is that. So here I am back at Broke Straight Boys having left just after BSB2 came to be. I left then because of the content, but decided to give another go and will say it has improved. Technology has made great strides since the inception of Broke Straight Boys I would think sound issues would be a thing of the past.

We bought all new mics that are so much better. It will take a bit to see episodes with the new mics since we do have so many scenes in the can. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and I'm just as frustrated as everyone else.

I would rather you scrapped the scenes that are "in the can". You have lost your focus; you owe your patrons the best you can offer.

Erm I think not. The guys have been paid and the audio issue is not such a great issue that I would want some films that are already in the can scrapped.

Many times the sound is poor when he does the intros...especially in the tv/studio
