Dear Damien,

Today, one of our members has suggested he has heard a rumour (from an undisclosed source) that both you and Mr. Paul Canon are planning to depart from Broke Straight Boys very soon.

Of course, we all (including the member who raised this concern) think the world of you, and hope this isn't so. We love not only your wonderful scenes, but also your presence here, as a friend and on the boards.

You are obviously not Mr. Paul Canon's keeper;-) And you, yourself, are obviously a free human being, free to do what is right for you, when it is right for you. I know that none of us would ever wish to curtail your plans, goals, or ambitions, in life.

However, I think we one and all are hoping that you intend to continue with the site for awhile longer. . . and, given the current state of anxiety about the continuation of your wondrous company - - - a word or two from you to dispel this rumour of your departure (if it is indeed a false one) would cheer a lot of old men up, IMMENSELY!!!

Damien, I do apologize for being so forward, and perhaps intrusive. I hope you know that the question is kindly meant - and if you lack the time to answer, or feel that it is inappropriate to answer, all of us will understand, fully.

I saw the other post and sure how neither of them are planning on leaving! I hate rumors like this! People move on in their lives and need changes, but I sure hope this is the case. I could agree more that Damien Kyle (and PC) have become such major people on this site I can't imagine it without either of them.

I guess I have a different take on all of the Damien & Paul chat.

I really like Damien and he is a great model for Broke Straight Boys As is Paul. Damien has done 39 videos for Broke Straight Boys, not all sex scenes but most. Plus he and Paul both have been very committed to chatting with the members allowing us to get to know who they are inside and not just two very sexy guys. Damien and Paul even put up a couple of great Facebook pages to expand sharing who they are. Yes they are promoting themselves too as well as Broke Straight Boys on Facebook, but mainly just sharing their life with fans.

And yeah if they left, I would miss seeing the efforts they put into their videos and even more, hearing about things Damien and Paul share..... the fun they have travelling and letting loose.

But they didn't sign on to this as a career. They came (sorry about the pun) they grew as people, grew as friends, worked hard, they had a lot of fun and were paid well I hope.

It may be that now it's their decision to move on to hopefully a more normal life and I know they will have successful lives.

Regardless again of the rumors that Damian and Paul are real life boyfriends. If they are awesome, they make a great couple, if not so be it! It's THEIR life not any of our business what they do when the camera is off.

Look at Logan... hell yeah I miss seeing him but I really miss hearing him talk with us on camera and on the forum. Again, an amazingly hot, smart, sweet, alluring guy that benefitted a lot from his time at Broke Straight Boys He learned much about himself and he has moved on to work hard in college and go after his personal dream. He will do very well in life and I am glad he found a part of himself while at Broke Straight Boys

More then anything, I want Damian, Paul, Logan and all of the other guys to flourish and be happy in life.

All of this banter about the sky is falling if they leave is pointless!

Go for it guys! Do what is best for you both and thank you for really going out of your way to share your experience along the way!

Dear Bradley,

At the risk of sounding insincere, I think, after you have put their leaving Broke Straight Boys in the way you did, I had to ask myself..."Who the Hell am I to want to hold them back?" They need to get on with their life and count their Broke Straight Boys experiences to have broadened their perspective on life.

You could not ask Damien to be more forthcoming performer in his willing participation in Broke Straight Boys updates and generously responding on the forum. I guess that I was simply being selfish and a bit unrealistic as well. I just find looking at Damien to be so utterly pleasing that I can't seem to get enough. I too must ask Damien for my forgiveness!

Good luck to you in All your pursuits. If you go at your future life with the same zeal as you had here, then I cannot imagine that you could not be even more successful as you were here at Broke Straight Boys Good Luck and keep your eyes upon your goals! Just let us know how you are doing from time to time, like Logan did with us.

If models which to jump over to the new day with Broke Straight Boys then they are free to do so, as are those who wish to jump ship, or get married, or finally come out that they are no longer a Broke Straight Boys To be honest I am rather annoyed that members have chosen to add fuel to the fire and continue this unfounded rumour.

This situation seems a bit different to me another1, than the scenario that you suggest for the following reasons. We are not talking about models who've potentially become "stale" with membership. Instead we are speaking of the two most popular guys on the site, who receive universal praise on the forums, the scene pages and in the 1-5 ratings on the scenes. And in fact the one person from management who did initially comment was producer Johnny Robins who said he filmed a new scene with Paul a few days ago, so it is not an issue of models not being called recently.

We recently saw some very artful photographs of these two ultra fit and handsome guys by Damian Christopher and were told that these were pre-release photographs of a new project which seems to portray them as boyfriends, and so both Damien Kyle & PC appeared to be in the highest favor with management as they have become the face of Broke Straight Boys

The key question to me that you ask is, "how did the rumor get started?" Both Jon and I asked jeffster73, who first made us aware of this rumor as to where he heard it, and now he hasn't answered that question either.
